Plan Development Methodology
The planning process occurs in a number of
areas on several organizational levels in order to
address a growing pandemic threat. The purpose
of this book is to lead planners through a
systematic process that leads, in the end, to a
compilation of several separate elements that
collectively make up what will be referred to as
the “Pandemic Influenza Plan.” Those separate
plans include:
- Business Continuity Plan
- Communications Plan
- Medical Plan
- Training and Education Plan
Following the outline of the book, your
jurisdiction, business, or organization develops
those separate plans and compiles them into an
integrated plan, developed and tailored for the
specific needs of your organization.
